In addition to thanking returning Special Education Teaching Assistants of 3+ years with a meaningful show of appreciation, the first-ever SEE Fund disbursement also supported professional development opportunities and funded new Unified Softball uniforms, expanding impact across our @eanesisd @eisdse community. These gifts were made possible thanks to the generosity of SEE Fund donors and the thoughtful stewardship of the Curry family and Eanes Endowment Board. 💙 We're thankful for #HonoraTeacher recipient V 💙 We're thankful for #HonoraTeacher recipient Vanessa Clayton, @wrmswildcats Special Education Department Head & 6th Grade Co-Teacher! cc: @eisdse Ms. Clayton began teaching in 2010 and joined West Ridge in 2016, when she moved with her husband and daughter to Austin. not only teaches at West Ridge, she's also an @eanesisd parent - her daughter attends @bcebluejays! A passionate advocate for self-sufficiency, Ms. Clayton works to help her students build self-confidence, learn study skills, and cultivate a love of learning.
